WHAT TYPES OF EVIDENCE-BASED APPROACHES DO WE OFFER?
At Creative Therapy Associates we recognize that each child is different and has a unique profile. Since each child is different, we realize that there is no “one size fits all” approach and therefore we offer a variety of evidence-based services to our clients and their families.
We provide a variety of behavioural and developmental therapies that are listed below. Creative Therapy Associates programs may be eligible under Ontario Autism Program.

APPLIED BEHAVIOUR ANALYSIS (ABA) THERAPY
ABA therapy builds independence by teaching essential skills, improving communication, and encouraging meaningful growth through personalized, evidence-based strategies.
SENSORY GYM
SOCIAL SKILLS PROGRAMMING
Our social skills group programming helps children build confidence, connections, and essential social skills through fun, structured activities. Using evidence-based strategies, kids learn turn-taking, conversation skills, emotional regulation, and problem-solving in a supportive group setting.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE THERAPY
Speech therapy supports children in developing communication skills, including verbal speech, language comprehension, social interaction, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), to help them express themselves effectively in everyday life.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Activities help children develop everyday tasks, like buttoning a shirt to holding a pencil. The goal is to help people become as successful as possible at home, work, and school.

MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT
At Creative Therapy Associates, we offer diagnostic assessments by a multidisciplinary team, including our Clinical Psychologist, Speech-Language Pathologists, Psychotherapists, and Occupational Therapists.
SENSORY GYM
PARENT COACHING
Parent coaching and training is available with our Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to allow parents to follow through with therapy goals in the home-based environment.
